This morning Nadia was playing with her Little People airplane. At one point she got the baby Jesus from the Little People Nativity scene and put him in the pilot’s seat.
Then she said, “Ready Baby Jesus? Ready?”
Then she started making ‘zoom varoom’ sounds and flew Jesus around the living room in the airplane. Awesome.
Last week our playgroup went to Happy Hopperz. It’s a very cool place for toddlers to play safely, with lots of jumping and climbing. And it’s indoors, so you can go no matter what the weather is like. They have toddler play time in the morning, which is really nice because then you don’t have to fear the little ones getting run over.
Nadia was a little cautious at first, but then came out of her shell. Soon enough she was climbing and jumping on everything and having a blast.

Brooke hosted the playgroup today for a Valentines Craft adventure. We decorated cookies, decorated cards for Grandparents and made hand print tiles. After lunch Eli, Nadia and Elliott headed outside to play. By the time we headed home Nadia was sticky with icing and dirt and happy as can be.
I did this for the KIDS HOPE party we gave for the kids at Main Event a couple weeks ago. I was just so happy with how it turned out.
