I am thankful for sweet friends that we could take with us to see “Beauty and The Beast” at Casa Manana!

I am thankful for our friends who drove in to spend the day with us at the zoo. The girls are all finally big enough that we made it through the entire zoo!!

• I am thankful that those I know and love were safe during Hurricane Harvey. Texas has a lot of rebuilding to do and there is so much heartbreak, but I cling to the good stories coming out of this tragedy.

• I am thankful for funny stuff like this that my kids say:

Dani comes down the stairs after quiet time:

“Mom! I had a crisis at quiet time!”
