Way back in November we went to the Dallas Arboretum member preview of “The 12 Days of Christmas.” It was beautiful and if you click the photo above you can see all the photos. The displays were wonderful, but it was SO COLD!!! The nice thing about the cold was that the place was fairly empty so we were able to get a good look at everything and it was really fun to be at the Arboretum at night.
My sister and her friend Brendan joined us for the Polar Express PJ party while they were visiting us. They even bought new PJ’s for the event which I thought was fun! We have never attended a night time party and it was different and really fun. They had a photo op with Santa and Mrs. Claus, science experiments, hot cocoa and a conductor going around handing out Polar Express tickets. Nadia was so excited for her yearly photo with Dynamo the Dino, but Dani wanted no part of that and ran to me instead. She also wanted to watch the movie, but the sound was too loud for her, so I moved into the quiet room with her and she did fine for the rest of the movie.
Here are some random fun photos from the first two weeks of December 2014. My children make me smile.

We attempted to re-create the Christmas photo from last year with Dani, but it didn’t quite work, but it’s totally adorable anyway.
After the group shots we tried for individuals and this is what Dani thought of that!
