Project 52 – Week 16
Thankful Thursday
I have been very re-miss in my TT posts so here I am going to try and catch up.
- I am thankful that we had such a good time at Tahni and Joseph’s wedding and that it didn’t rain the day of.
- For our safe trip to California and all the fun we had.
- For our friends and family graduating in the next few weeks. Good job to all!
- For the Welch’s new baby Jude.
- For the kids we got sponsored at the Toby Mac/Casting Crowns concert.
- For the new Child Ambassadors that have joined my team in the last month.
- For the KIDS HOPE mentors getting named Volunteers of the Year at Oakmont!
- For the awesome church picnic and all the volunteers who helped me run the prize table and hand out tickets.
- For getting a letter from our sponsored child Paul in Uganda.
Fun times
When Jessica was here she took these photos of us playing around like we usually do when we go on walks around the neighborhood. Nadia wants to race us or have us chase her across the islands.
California – last day
We had to head back to Burbank to catch our flight home, but we jammed as much as we could into the morning. We went to say goodbye to Michelle and Marc since they needed to head home. Then we went back to Staci’s for a short playdate for Camden and Nadia. Then back to Nonni’s for some more visiting. Nonni and Nadia watched the Lion King together after we ate breakfast. Then Grandpa and Nonni loaded us up with snacks and goodies from the trip home and we hit the road.
