That is amazing and wonderful! Our youth group built a well in Africa a few years ago. It is so awesome to be open to doi God’s work.

In reply to Aurie Good. Hello Aurie! We were told by World Vision that a traditional well like we donated too can give clean water to a village of 150. And up to 600 clean gallons a day. So at least 300 people, plus their livestock. I am still in AWE and so grateful to my dear friends and family.

So many around us complain about our healthcare system and the cost and and and. It frustrates me to hear it for reasons like you stated. What a blessing that I can run to Walmart and pick up ibuprofen for my child’s fever.This is even more on my mind in the recent weeks because my husband had a heart transplant 6 weeks ago. Had he been elsewhere in the world, a transplant isn’t even an option and we would have lost him by the end of this year.

I remember this post….very true. It is so important to remember our blessings…clear and clean water….and clean air…trully a gift from God!
