love these pictures….and so amazing it was at the same time as when you were going to start this unit. God is good…and I had no idea about the lifespan of a Monarch….won’t forget this information soon..LOL..

I think it is amazing that something so small and ‘fragile’ could migrate…and live for 9 months!!!

That’s so cool! Great pictures, too! I heard a piece on NPR about monarchs and how the drought has affected them. Potentially, it could cause them to not travel through Texas anymore because the flowers that they like can’t survive without water.
