Uggh. I *hope* this isn’t me. Lord, help me to guard my tongue and boost my children’s spirits, not crush them. Father, help me to remember that when I am busy, or when I have had a bad day, that they are more deserving of that. help me to remember always the gifts that they are & help me to always speak gently to them…..

They are growing way too fast. I can’t believe Karlee will be 2 in less than a month. I LOVE your patio! I think we need something just like that! Very nice.

That is so sad, but yes it happens way too often. My boys both worked in grocery stores in the past and would tell me some awful stories of parents screaming at their kids using cuss words, just breaks your heart, they said they had a hard time not yelling at the parents.

Oh, that just about broke my heart. No one should grow up fast, and kids these days are being forced to at break-neck speed.

Oh Louanne – I so understand. I was walking into a store last night as saw/heard a mother walking out with her daughter, not much older than our girls, just berating her about something and the little girl seemed so scared. I ached for that little girl, held Olivia’s hand a little tighter and said a prayer that she never has to experience that kind of fear.
