Mae- no one really wants fondant for the topping, it’s all about the look they want for their event. So many that I have seen are really like sculpture.

So you have to ice the cake with buttercream underneath to actually eat the cake. Our teacher told us that she will give us a marshmellow fondant reciepe on our last day of this class. So I will report back then.
