I do remember reading this before and I’m glad you shared the link so I could read it again. You’re right…it seems in these types of “crisis” moments, you realize all the more how much you love each other. It is a sweet gift to see your husband’s love for you in such tangible ways. I agree with what you said about sharing the lessons learned…that’s exactly why I’ve shared the details that I have about our ordeal…because it is in the details you see the Father’s vast love for us…His provision, care and protection.

God is good!
Jenn

I’m so glad you’re here too. I’m bawling not only because of the story but because almost 10 years ago in January, my husband and I were ran over by a Semi-truck & it threw the car spinning about fifty feet before we landed. The Semi-driver pulled over and came running over screaming, sure that we were dead, but somehow only glass lodged here or there & some massive bruising. We weren’t married yet and in fact we were on our way to pick up my engagement ring. We used the money to buy a new car instead. I was married 4 months later borrowing my mother’s rings. All at once, we realized what really mattered. We weren’t hurt luckily but I get your story in a way that only you would understand. God sure does work in mysterious ways. Big hugs & lots of love. =0)

It gives me goose bumps every time! I love to hear about how your marriage has changed so much because of it…not many husbands can say that they had a part in saving their wife’s life!

You both were meant to be here now, as Miss Nadia was meant to have you for her parents. A happy family, together.
