Hope Mike gets a lot accomplished this week for work.

But — teasing? Who’s teasing? I actually did think that you were leaving Nadia at the apartment while you ran your errands! It didn’t occur to me that she was napping along with you (even though that’s what my kid does all the time…).

Your picture is beautiful and you will always have it for you, N and Mike to treasure and remember your trip to Beijing by. Now, I know for me that would have not have been possible. I am just not gifted at painting, so I think perhaps that I will not be great at caligraphy either….LOL…

The shower analogy is so true…I have experienced this in Singapore and Malaysia (mind you, the weather is hot there) without the cold. Showers are always an adventure there!! We North Americans are spoiled by our bathrooms (and I mean to keep it that way).

Love your posts…keep them coming…I want to hear all about your adventures in the silk market too….

Too bad that Mike has to work so hard during this trip. I love the paintings you are doing. Very talented!

Thank you so much for posting everyday, I love to see and hear about China.
