We bought a few books, but I’d like to get more. Can you post info on the publisher/author so I can try to track them down here in the US?

I finally remembered tonight to check our your blog, and I’m glad I did. I loved reading about the trip to the tea house, and seeing all your pictures.

Your paintings are nearly as beautiful as Ms. Nadia. I have been blessed to be surrounded by very talented women. You may not know, but Brooke is a painter, as well. We hope to see you guys very soon.

I’ve just finished reading through all your trip posts. Been so busy with work & other stuff, haven’t got here til now! What a fabulous adventure. I’m getting excited about the prospect of doing this in the fall. But wonder if we’ll get much out of the language lessons in only 2 weeks–they sound tricky! But it looks like you still have lots of time for exploring. I loved the pictures of Nadia at the playground–she is such a cutie.
Great job on the painting!
Take care,

SPW

The pastries, now that you’ve described them, look even better than they did yesterday as just pictures.

Maybe you can incorporate these two passions, and do Chinese paintings of food! LOL!
