Jessica is an amazing cook and she did tons of the prep work before we showed up so it gave her a chance to enjoy the visit and made Thanksgiving so much easier. Her parents, Randy’s parents, Jessica’s sister and her fiance were all coming over for dinner so a lot of food was going to be involved. While Jess was busy with the food I went into my area of expertise – craft time with the girls.
There was a little bit of snow on the ground so I had to take Dani outside and she loved it. She kept putting her hands on it and laughing and screaming. Then she saw the big girls throwing it and decided she needed to get in on the action and so she started chasing them all over the yard.
Jess made 6 kinds of dessert – that’s right, 6! The food was fantastic and we had fun playing games after dinner. Randy and the girls even sang us a song. It was a great Thanksgiving 2014!
