I am thankful for this conversation that happened in the car this morning. What a gift from God!

Nadia – “Are we listening to Sirus/XM?

Louanne – “Yes”

Nadia – “Is it the the channel with the songs about God?”

Louanne – “Yes, the Message.”

Nadia – “You and Daddy teach me about God.”

Louanne – “Yes we do.”

Nadia – “Are you and Daddy still learning about God?”

Louanne – “Yes, everyday we will keep learning. For all our life.”

Nadia – “When I grow up I will teach my children about God. Then they will teach their children. Then those children will teach their children. It will be like a little pattern of teaching children about God.”

For friends who live far away coming to visit 🙂

For the rain we had in North Texas last night. Thank you Lord for giving some relief to the parched land.

• For air conditioning. Our A/C motor went out yesterday afternoon and by 10 pm last night it was 88 in our house. We turned on all the fans and drank a lot of water to get through the night.
• The A/C repairman is here now so I am also thankful for the money to fix the A/C.
