Christmas morning the big girls did a great job waiting for Dani to wake up so they could open presents. Once Dani realized that we were going to get to open all of the presents that have been under the tree for weeks she was so excited. Now on to the photos.

This photo cracks me up because of Nadia and Amelie’s faces and Dani being excited in the background.

After we opened presents and had breakfast Mike ran over to the nursing home to pick up his mom. She had lunch with us and the girls showed off their toys before it was time to take her back.

After a nap we went to visit at Paula and Roger’s house and we got to meet my cousin Evan’s new son Remy! He is so cute!!

My cousin Evan and his wife Eileen were also visiting and I was so glad to see them.

From there we headed over to Grammie’s for a visit before she went for dinner with Roger and Paula and the gang. Whew! We had a busy day, but it was so fun. Nadia said the best thing about this Christmas was seeing Dani be so excited about everything. I thought that was so sweet.

We went to church for the Christmas Eve service and Dani was amazed by the lights going out and candles being lit while people sang. It was really cute to see and hear her try to sing Silent Night with the rest of the people.

Our family tradition is to let the kids open one present on Christmas Eve and have play time before going to sleep.

Santa got high quality cookies this year and we made elf donuts 🙂

The big girls had a fun time and were so excited to go to sleep. Dani had no idea what was going to happen, but she was excited because her sisters were so excited. It was all around sweet evening together.
